I would give 0 stars if I could - such extremely disappointing service at the desk. We couldn't even make it into the office to be seen. We made an appointment for our son that was randomly canceled and we were transferred to a facility for cancer patients (we don't have cancer). After trying to reschedule our original appointment for our soon to receive therapy, they rudely told me that he couldn't be seen at their facility and couldn't provide a reason why. Front desk folks nice Dr doesn’t call back in a timely manner, my child struggles with anxiety and has emotional energies call in leave a message, nothing may get a. Call back in 2-3 days
