I have been a patient with this office for about 5 years. There is not 1 complaint that I have. Dr. Rucker was wonderful to me and now S. Spriggs and Kristine Shannon listen to everything I am stating and they do it with compassion. You can see this in their eyes and feel with the response that they heard you. So thankful for the office staff as well. The ladies are super helpful and kind upon approach.
You can never replace the HUMAN Factor when dealing with your health. The staff and professionals here are top notch.
UVA Family Medicine is focused on electronics. If one is elderly, not tech savvy or worse --visually impaired -- one is simply out of luck for real time, prompt attention. Thank GOD I am moving away.
