Our appointment was at 12:45 we arrived at 12 and they didn’t call us back until 1:30 because front desk forgot how to do their job.

My son and I have been coming to UVA for years. My son was scheduled for an upcoming surgery . I took off work and had it planned for months. He had to be out of school for two weeks and I had that planned too! They called a week before and said they had an emergency and had to cancel so not only was my son still in pain, but we haven’t had the surgery done, which is holding him up from getting other things done.
