When writing this review, the only thing that comes to mind is that Seinfeld episode where the rental company takes the reservation but doesn't keep it.... I made my appointment for an "urgent" procedure 5 months ahead of time, only to discover the week of, that my appointment was just written down in the notes section by the staff, but never actually scheduled, and I guess that's my fault? Heavenly designed atmosphere, highly professional organized, and fast check in and check out. I am extremely grateful for all of nurses and doctors who were true angels meeting all my needs. If you’re looking for the best place to have endoscopy and colonoscopy done here is the place for you.
I just had my first colonoscopy and this clinic is superb. The staff, nurses, and Dr Yoshida were phenomenal—from scheduling to anesthesia everyone was kind, competent and attentive. It was such a pleasant and patient-focused experience.
