I had an amazing experience. Dr. Lim is very knowledgeable and she has great communication skills. The staff was not only skilled but also friendly and kind. I've already told my colleagues and they are making appointments. Highly recommend!

Dr. Smith is a really good dentist. The receptionist is really helpful and all the hygienists are great.
After I jumped through hoops to get them my referral that they insisted on having e-faxed, and not paper copy. I had to wait 4 weeks just to get a call back saying my referral was declined because they aren’t taking new patients, after weeks of me calling and asking about my status. 4weeks in review of my status to be approved just to tell me they can’t help me. And now my hire date has to be pushed back because I have no teeth in the front. And they are the only surgeons that my insurance takes. I’m out of options and soon ... read more
