I originally chose this dental office because of its convenient location. A few years ago, my experiences here were good, but in the past two years the quality of service has become terrible. The hygienist’s attitude was unfriendly and the cleaning was done very roughly. The worst part is their billing practices. Although they were listed as an in-network provider, they overcharged me—once by more than $100 and another time by over $90. I had an amazing experience. Dr. Lim is very knowledgeable and she has great communication skills. The staff was not only skilled but also friendly and kind. I've already told my colleagues and they are making appointments. Highly recommend!
