Worst bank I ever worked with. Quick to add NSF fees even when direct deposited same day. Worst customer service when reaching out to call center. Always avoided my questions and never helped settle anything.
I’ve had my card locked twice recently due to fraudulent activity that I have approved. Once I approved questionable transaction on a text and once through email. The first was investigated and it was a systems error that my card was locked when I tried to buy a sim card through Holafly and I went to England and had no idea it was locked!
