The UVA Credit Union has great rates, but boy do you sacrifice customer service for that rate. Don't get me wrong, their person to person interaction is great, but if you have to call them you will be on hold waiting for an hour before someone picks up. Now, this is a problem. Either they have so many breakdowns that people call them nonstop, or their customer service is just that bad; I think it's a systematic error that they should work on.
