I put in for a personal loan,credit karma gave me a certain score and when the bank rejected me for the loan and offered a loan for less.They stated my credit score was 30 points less.30 points,how can this happen,so I have to pay a higher interest rate/higher payment?How can this be legal?
Once a great establishment, now focuses solely on predatory NSF practices and couldnt care less about costumer loyalty or the best interests of their clients. Far better rates and options that will treat you the same. 25+ years with them and never happier to have a new bank.
Weve been met with helpful staff and great service from this credit union. My elder mother is moving away from BoA after ten months of great service here.
The ATMs purposefully made me use a card they could charge transactions fees and staff at Crozet where incompetent and did not care about me at all in manager and desk clerk interactions. I drove thru bank window 4 times to get $*** and charged **** to do it!!! Excuse was non members dont get help unless my money is with them. Why would I go to a bank that only cares about members for standard service?
