I was sent here by the veterans administration and the doctor was very nice after I was nasty with him I thought I needed a hearing aid .not now the doctor pulled out a ball of wax big as a peanut hooked to my ear drum now I can hear it pin drop
They are too busy to take patients
Mom's appointment for 10:30 (arrived by 10:15 per request)....11:10 and still waiting.
When making our appt., Nurse Kim was super friendly and called us back with an even sooner appt. than originally given. She was knowledgeable, gave great suggestions ( which have worked) until the appt.! Thank you Kim!
