My husband’s primary doctor faxed a referral 3 times. Finally called and spoke with staff at UVA Cardiology confirmed fax received the 3rd time. Was told to wait to hear from their office. Never received a call back! Called two weeks later they stated never received fax from primary doctor. Requested to speak with Supervisor and she informed me fax was never received but somehow they had our personal home address, husband’s business phone number and his birthdate. I had triple bypass at uva two yrs ago the female surgeon took very gd care of me prep nurses were the best made me laugh kept me calm l owe them a lot of thanks everyday
