Terrible at removing old window film and installing new film on my vehicle! I had the driver's side front window film start peeling in the corner and thought this place could easily replace it. (Wrong so very wrong!) Took several attempts and he cut the $500+ window gasket. His initial question was : "Do you want me to not charge you for the job or replace the damaged gasket?" I thought : "How about both since you did it?" (Instead of a "battle" I said the gasket since he didn't see that he should be responsible fully.) We b... read more
