Have gone to UV for awhile now primarily due to location convenience. After several bad experiences will not go back. Shady ownership, poor quality and overall terrible customer service. Will gladly drive out of my way from now on and pay more if necessary.
My first time......I enjoyed every minute. Completely sanitary, completely timely, very personable staff, I did a mani and a pedi and was 100% satisfied. Come in expecting a wonderful experience. I am 63 and enjoyed this immensely
I've been going to UV Nails for a long time. I was so excited to have Victoria join them she's the best. She's sociable, nice, and a hard worker. If you want designs done shes your girl! She can do all ages. I take my two daughters as well and they adore her the same.
Somehow they manage to do satisfactory work, even though a few of the staff seem to be pretty distracted most of the time...making personal phone calls, trying to work on two people at the same time, hurrying with one to get to the next one. But prices are very reasonable and amazingly enough, the quality of service is still better than other shops in the area.
I am not certain, but it may be the case that this establishment uses MMA. I had acrylics done and it took 3 hours for me to soak them off in pure acetone. I have had acrylics done at standard salons in the past, and those took 15 minutes to soak off. I also have "rings of fire" on my nail plate from the drill. Not recommended.
Excellent! I love this place. They are all very friendly. I love Victoria! I highly reccomend this place. Best in town!
