Terrible shop do NOT ever use them !
I am having major concerns with this vendor. They told me when i ordered the item it was on back order and that it would ship in a couple of weeks. It has now been six weeks since i ordered the item and I cannot seem to contact there customer service. Everytime i call i get a phone service and no call back. I cannot recommend this vendor and suggest that you stay away from them. Please read other reviews to get a broad picture.
Horrible experience no call back no update I have to call to find out what’s going on with order. They listed the sway bars as in stock and once ordered they are a month in and I still can’t get an answer really disappointed with the whole experience.
Ordered Stainless Steel Clutch line (330xi 6SPD) from UUC (blue one). Shipping is slow. Customer service correspondence needs improvement.
Tried to order a part for my E46 from these people. I've gotten the worst customer service from UUC! Been 10 days since my order and I still don't have my part that was supposed to be "in stock". Should have read more reviews before I ordered. I live in the same county as these people and was hoping to be able to do business with a local company. But I warn you Do not do business with UUC! You will be disappointed!
