Please contact me. It’s been close to 4 months since we placed our order. Still no follow up. I spoke with you two weeks ago and you promised to follow up.
This is a great group of guys to do business with. I’ve bought parts from a lot of other places but was pleasantly surprised with their service. Always gave me great discounts, Matt there has been great to deal with. I had one issue with nerf bars for my RZR arriving with some scratches. It wasn’t too big of a deal because I figure they’ll end up all scuffed up anyways, but after just mentioning this to them they had a new set on the way and sent UPS out to pick up the old ones. I highly recommend them!
The sales staff down there are absolutely amazing. Spoke with the sales manager (whom contacted me directly) due to a minor hiccup (not of their doing). He was super professional and had explained to me that the part I had ordered was discontinued which UTV GEAR was unaware of but they were able to get me a part comparable for the same price and they even went above and beyond to make sure I will have my part before I leave for my trip. Worst Customer service ever. My father and I have tried to contact them multiple times for an exchange because the windshield did not fit. We have not heard back from anyone. very disappointed
Ordered a lift kit over a week ago they charged my account but never got email saying it has been shipped called two different numbers they will not answer there phone. Emailed and also sent message on Facebook with still know response I’m guessing this company is a fraud or has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I wish you could rate less then 1 star 8/14 another day of emails and phone calls with still no response
