One of the best Indian Food Restaurants – I am a big fan of Indian Food and eat it frequently. I tried many different Indian Restaurants and this is one of the best. The food is exceptional, service excellent and atmosphere really nice. I've gone with both a small and large group. This is a great choice for both new and experienced people eating Indian Food.
Dont try this for INDIAN food, unless you are a hungry indian tourist who hapens to be passing by, with money to waste. – Last night we had dinner here. Good Pre-Theater – My husband and myself had dinner at Utsav before catching a Broadway show last week, and it was an excpetional restaurant for pre-theatre dinner. The show started at 8pm, and I'd made my reservations for 6pm. The dining room was still without many people when we had arrived, but by the time we left at 7:30pm, it was nearly full. My favorite spot after the play/concert/shopping...anytime – I have yet to visit Utsav and have an unsatisfactory experience in dining or service. I have dined here at least 1/2 dozen times and I feel like we have 2 or 3 individuals waiting on us every time we come. The managers are always sunny and friendly. Good for a pre-theater dinner date – This is a regular stop for me before seeing a show. I've always been able to get in and out in plenty of time to see the show. They just increased the price of the 3 course "Broadway Pre-Fix" to an almost unreasonable $28 per person. I enjoy the chicken korma so I usually order al a carte. Disappointing and overpriced – We had dinner there tonight - $10 bread platter came out all stuck together and obviously microwaved. Our dinners were very delayed coming out - 2 tables seated after we had ordered received their food before we didl I had lamb (boti kebab) which was terribly dried out and overcooked. Best pre theater in town – It was really a great experience to try a different menu. Great ambiance good service well worth the wait for the table, Food was great especially sea food and dessert are really yummy, good choices and suites the wallet.
