Great place to study and read

Air conditioning inside was super comfortable with this Texas heat. Plenty of computers and seating available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was difficult to find and a parking permit is required to use the university parking lots. They also have a small number of mobile pay parking slots, but there were none available when I went.
