I had an initial appointment with Dr. Utpal Desai regarding blockages in my legs. He explained in detail, and with hand sketches what was blocked and where. Instead of jumping into surgery immediately, he suggested that I do walking therapy to lessen the pain in my legs. If at the end of the therapy I still have the existing pains, he will operate. He answered every question I had. I can’t describe how wonderful he is. Very caring. I highly recommend him if you have vascular problems. His staff is also great.
