Delay after delay with no explanation. Difficult to recommend this company since we are past delivery date and the home isn't even built.
Update: Happy to report that communication has improved with this builder. Production should begin shortly with more updates to follow based on experience. Looking forward to the finish line.
Unfortunately, I cannot write a good review. I am 6 months into my project with Utopian Villas and their lack of communication is concerning. Perhaps they need to hire more people or create a new system for their customers. Other reviews I read echo this problem. Justin said my tiny home would be completed in July but he won't answer emails nor will his designer Jen, so honestly I have no idea what is going on.
