The unit itself was comfortable but our group had a multitude of communication & logistics issues. The address was incorrectly listed in the VRBO app so we were trying to enter a home that wasn’t ours. Apparently that wasn’t even the first time a wrong address has been listed. How is something as rudimentary as the correct address overlooked by a property company for our rental much less multiple times? This is a horrendous company. They filed bankruptcy and stole the deposit that I paid in advance for my vacation rental. Somehow they are still operating in other areas, but this company is running a shady business, to say the least, and cannot be trusted. I would advise anyone looking to rent with this company to stay far, far away!
Run Away!!! They filed bankruptcy and stole our deposit. Do not give them any of your money or trust anything about the company. We honestly don’t know the entire story, but I don’t want any other victims to develop. The owner of the property we had put a deposit on is allegedly owed $400,000 and we were taken for $22k. Seriously don’t do it.
Unable to contact!!! With numerous attempts to contact opulent vacations, still haven’t received a call, email or any form of communication!!!
