Had an alignment performed with brand new Michelin’s and 5000 miles later for rotation the inner front tires were damaged badly on the insides. I asked them to look at it the alignment and they wanted me to pay for another alignment. I also asked tim to look at the damage and he refused and takes no responsibility at all. I took it to SKI COUNTRY around the corner and 20k miles since and $600 later for new tires and another alignment!! We needed them to run codes, I called ahead and they were able to get Derek to come out and help us. Real nice guy, helped us look at everything and offered great insight of what might be going on. Went above and beyond just looking at the codes
Kudos to Utopia Trish, Tim Lucas and their crew were excellent. We came in because we thought our brakes were dead and they took us in in spite of their busy schedule. They were very kind and pleasant and every customer that came in they showed appreciation too if I lived in Frisco, this would be my auto place. Best service we’ve ever had. Thank you you guys.
