Utopia in FRISCO helped us out in a pinch - big time. We were relying on Utopia to get our tires on our truck by a specific date and time. When the truck was late delivering our tires to the shop, the staff at Utopia took their commitment to excellence seriously. Tim, personally drove to Denver to get my tires and got my truck squared away in a timely fashion! Now that’s service! Highly recommend Tim and Utopia Tire Frisco!
Great service! Stranded in Frisco after I blew a tire hitting a pothole on I-70 headed toward Denver. They made it a priority to get me back on the road again asap. 5 stars! CDOT however gets a negative 5 stars.
Tim is the nicest person I’ve ever met at a car place. He was incredibly helpful in helping us get home due to my car that was really struggling this trip. Shout out to him he is a great guy. Overall a really nice place in a beautiful town, happy to be here!
Outstanding customer service! I was in Breckenridge and found myself with a dead car battery. After getting a jump start, I found my way here for a battery replacement. Trish and Mark took such great care of me and made a bit of a stressful situation less stressful. I highly recommend!
