Had a great experience with Utopia when driving back home from Colorado. I believe the gentlemen’s name was Matt, he took great care of our car. Highly recommend to anyone in the Summit County area.

9 minutes ago I went in for an alignment, i had a three o'clock appointment. I was told it would be roughly an hour, ended up taking a little nap. Recieved a text from there texting system at 3:57pm stating the mechanic would like to speak to me. I responded with i am in the lobby. No one came to speak to me, dozed off again until 5:12pm and not only did they NOT do my alignment at all but were able to quote me $2,957.31 in repairs...of course.
