They seem to be very dedicated to quality mechanics. Be aware that takes a lot of time, and is costly.
Our tire experience at Utopia was the best ever. The staff was accommodating to all of our needs. These people are kind and very willing to make our experience a good one.
Had an emergency tire leaking issue,they quickly changed my spare,my lug wrench wouldn't work,it was done in 30 min and I was on my way,great karma and super nice guys,thanks again 😀
Brought my car to Vavoline for a transmission fluid change. Found out they weren't able to do it but the guy at Vavoline suggested Utopia. I gave Utopia a call and got super lucky that they had a cancelation and were able to fit me in immediately. They were nothing but helpful and informative. My daughter and I stayed and sat in their waiting room and that was the most relaxing waiting room I have ever been in. I highly recommend them. Great shop, local owners, not a chain. Friendly and honest. I picked up a nail, they patched the tire, put spare back, everything including all labor < $50. No hesitation to recommend.
