Thought it would be a reputable shop ended up being wrong. Came in for an oil change on a 2026 truck ended up leaving with damage on my driver door and removing paint. Owner Ray tried giving some excuse about the pillars from their lift and the angle of my door when it’s clearly a tool scratch mark that goes from top to bottom “about the size of a t20” as the shop manager stated in his video to the owner. Our pickup would not start after we arrived in Frisco. I had it toed to Utopia and the mechanic looked at it the next day. He diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it the next morning after he got a part. I was very impressed and highly recommend Utopia.
My car battery was showing signs of going out during my trip up here, and although it got me into town I knew I had to replace it before I left for home. I called this place and set up an appointment the next morning, asking for the best battery they could get for an Elantra. This place had great customer service and once I brought my car, they got my new battery installed in 30 minutes. The price was a little steep, but probably consistent with market prices in an expensive tourist town.
