Ok. I just read Ms. Day’s review and I must say that I am appalled that she based her review on her obvious disdain for men in general. What an absolute ridiculous and completely false depiction of Utopia Skin Labs. Especially Lee-or’s professionalism and masterful facials. I originally booked the $89 intro facial through what I later learned was a third-party booking site. When I arrived, they didn’t have my appointment on the schedule and offered to reschedule me at 20% off the regular $399 price. I was pretty disappointed and honestly told them I likely wouldn’t be back. About 10 minutes after I left, the owner personally called me to apologize for the mix-up and offered to reschedule the facial at no cost to me.
