Kirsten Wollin is beyond exceptional. I have been renting out my granny flat and cottage with Kirsten for the last 6 years and have never had a more loyal and professional property manager who really cares. Kirsten, now at Utopia, is an experienced property manager who is efficient, caring and goes above and beyond for both the tenants and landlord. I cannot recommend Kirsten enough, to ANYONE looking for a person to manage their property, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kirsten Wollin.
As a current tenant of Utopia I can vouch first hand they provide 5 star service. I’ve had the pleasure of having Tara as my property manager. I am now renting another property through Utopia with Kirsten as my property manager. These ladies both have been extremely professional, easy to talk to, attentive and honestly the best property managers I’ve ever dealt with.
