Have rented with these guys for them past year as tenants - they are awesome so far
I would strongly caution anyone considering renting through this agency. Since moving into our home, we’ve been dealing with extensive mould, severe ventilation issues, and ongoing water damage from an unrepaired roof leak. Despite raising concerns in writing as early as January, many of our emails and maintenance requests were either ignored or met with dismissive responses. The property has sealed windows, no exhaust fans in any wet areas, and sustained humidity levels of over 77% (confirmed by a Govee monitor). Mould has ... read more
Cate and Jody are amazing ! I have never experienced such great customer service anywhere. Would likely recommend for anyone looking to have their airbnb managed in Noosa... we always have happy guests due to this responsiveness.
