Nastiest experience with staff yesterday. Would not recommend.
Leigh was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the rental application process. She was professional, responsive, and genuinely supportive every step of the way. Her communication was clear and timely, and she made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and positive. Even though we ultimately didn’t proceed with the property, Leigh’s assistance and kindness really stood out. We truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a property manager who genuinely cares.
I have been a landlord with Utopia for 3 years and they have been fantastic. Our new property manager Kirsten has been particularly impressive, going above and beyond to help organise repairs and get new tenants in. I highly recommend Utopia if you are looking for a great local management company.
