I was given Utopia’s details by an agent who is selling me a property in Noosa and they provided a quote from Utopia for Property Management Which looked great. I rang over the course of four days while in Noosa and left 3 messages for Cate who was in the office and received no Callback. If the head of business development at Utopia cannot be bothered calling me back , how could I possibly trust my property with this business?
We’ve stayed in holiday accommodation with Utopia quite a few times. The standards of the properties and the service is consistent and top-notch. Cate, especially, is an absolute dream - she goes above and beyond, and her service has made our stays with Utopia that little bit more enjoyable every time. Would strongly recommend.
