We had Leonard and Cory paint our home in New West a few weeks ago and they did an outstanding job. Leonard is meticulous to a fault and we are very happy with the result. He gave some good suggestions which we went with and I would recommend him to anyone. We would certainly employ him again. And it feels great to support a small local business.
Leonard and his team did an amazing job on our 1892 heritage home. They revitalized the exterior of our home and made it the gem that we always knew it could be. We met with a couple of different contractors but chose Utopia because of Leonard’s communication and reputation in New Westminster. He and his team were so responsive (and patient) to any tweaks we wanted in terms of colour placement during the project. We are so happy that we went with Utopia.
