My nails look great but really didn’t appreciate the nail tech telling me how horrible my eyebrows look in order to up sell me. I might go there again but definitely will avoid the nail tech I had. I really did love my nails though and I am not good at saying no more than once
I had the worst experience ever. My technician left micro cuts on my feet from rubbing too hard. I saw another review say that their technician pulled out their phone while doing the massage on the legs. I’m appalled to realize that this happened to me too. I didn’t see his phone screen because it was out of view. But after reading the other review that it was a zoomed in girl on his phone I doubt it was any different than when he was massaging me. I had Veronica today at Utopia for a pedicure. It had to be one of the best if not THE best I have ever had! She was gentle and made me so relaxed I could have fallen asleep in the chair! I will absolutely be going back to her again! Highly recommend Utopia and Veronica!
Excellent nail salon for folks who love a quiet, peaceful pedi done well, at a good price.
