I rented the limo bus for my daughter's bachelorette party. Pamela was our driver and she was the BEST driver in the world. She accommodated every thing we wanted and made the night wonderful for our party. My only problem was there wasn't any ice or cups on the bus, but she was happy to stop by the store for us so that we could get some. Luckily, I had some ice and cups at home. I would definitely recommend this service and I hope Pamela would be our driver for future adventures.

I have to admit I was a little nervous about renting a limo for the first time, but after speaking to Ed, my mind was put at ease. He was very friendly and accommodating. The service was great and the prices were very reasonable compared to others. My experience with them was great and I would definitely recommend you give them a try if you are looking for a good reasonably priced limo company.

I can't even describe how bad my experience was with Utopia, but I'll try. First, let me tell you that we used this company for a limousine for our wedding. First complaint, not a big deal... the driver was late. Not only was he late, but he phoned me during the wedding to ask directions, knowing that we had an event coordinator to handle this sort of thing. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS LIMOUSINE SERVICE!!! They will call you several times when it comes to taking your money, it's usually a guy named Ed, about booking your reservation and making payments. The cost was very low is what had my interest, but believe me there is a reason!!! After taking a chunk of change out of my account & making me sign a document, I never heard back from them. Great Service. I took my wife out for our anniversary and reserved a beautiful white stretch limousine. The limo was immaculate and the driver was very friendly. The entire evening was amazing and totally relaxing. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends. Thanks Utopia for for making our night perfect.

This limousine service is perhaps the worst limousine service I have dealt with. The driver was exceptional, however, the owner of the company didn't take a customer first approach in dealing with me. A limousine showed up with a radio that had a short in it.Therefore you can imagine what it was like to travel to an out of town sporting event with a radio that didn't work. Limo service for an sporting event! – I went to watch an sporting event and I rented out a limo from this Houston limo company. My experience was great, the driver was knowledgeable in directions and the car was comfortable and no bumps at all. So affordable, I will use this service again.

Ride with pride – I ride with pride with this Houston Limo company. They are a great find, high quality service, always on time, fully loaded, clean and modern car, and the best part is, the driver that was assigned to us was very respectful and knows his way around the night life area of Houston and was a very careful one.
