Highly unprofessional. My aunt was recently assigned to this company to assist me in her care and scheduling never calls back and whenever I call I get the run around. And please don't get me started on the attitudes
PLEASE DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THIS COMPANY, my mother has been working here for almost 2 years , her paychecks have been all adjusted and they owe her hundreds of dollars for hours and hours that she has worked. please tell friends and family, this will soon be notified to the CNN , FOX, and any other news reporting company's, to spread the word of this company's unprofessional and fraudulent work.
Very difficult to contact someone in there office. the lady that was taking care of my dad went on vacation and the very first day was of the called me to tell that they are working on a replacement. I informed them that they knew this in advance and now this puts me in a bad situation by I need to go to work, that's why I'm here writing this review waiting for the out come. Review to be updated pending the out come.
This company is so unprofessional and low quality! I’m posting this review so others can beware! They sent us a caretaker who did drugs and alcohol at our house while taking care of our 2 Alzheimer’s patients (my grandparents)! They won’t return our calls. Phone goes straight to voicemail. Not one staff member is calling us back. This place should be shut down! I cannot believe a place like this is allowed to operate. I hope people find this post and head this warning.
