I won’t “EVER” go back to Utopia hair salon again not happy at all I feel “ABUSED”. I was a great customer over over a year and came in “REGULAR” once a month as I pride myself on a nice fresh hair cut and fresh highlights. Well to my surprise one day I had to “CANCEL” an appt. on my “BIRTHDAY” to boot, I gave “AMPLE” notice 4 “HOURS” in advance.
