Great neighborhood gym with friendly, supportive staff and members, and excellent classes.
Decent. Hours that they are open are not at all good for retail workers.
If you’re in Winston-Salem, you absolutely have to check out this gem of a gym! I was traveling over the weekend and stumbled upon this amazing place, and let me tell you, it’s now one of my top five gyms across the country! The sense of community here is incredible. Even on a Saturday, it wasn’t crowded, which gave it a warm, familial vibe – hard to believe I was only there for a couple of hours! Had a great time there! The facility is top notch and the employees are kind and welcoming. You absolutely must try their Vibroacoustic bed, it’s very relaxing. I highly recommend Utopia Fitness!
Huge variety of free weights and machines, as well as cardio equipment, and separate room for classes and calisthenics! Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the gym stays clean. Exceptional amenities to include cold plunge, massage therapist, and personal trainers. Extremely convenient 24/7 access through their app!
