Home Depot refers this useless scam company for door installation. Left 4 messages for Rachel. The call goes directly to voicemail. NO RETURN CALLS!!! Shame on Home Depot. When I call Home Depot with this issue, he stated that this is the ONLY company Home Depot uses. So Home Depot is in on the scam and keeps your 40 dollar deposit. NO WAY. I am calling my credit card company to report Home Depot and get my money back. I am disappointed in a multi million dollar company referring a scam company and ripping people off. Horrible service paid in full Home Depot and won't return installation call do not use if you expect customer service also labor cost more than products
Javon and his partner did an excellent job on the door install! Super nice and great work. It’s hard to get ahold of the scheduler, but she does eventually call back.
I paid Home Depot a fee for these people to come out and they never did..... Yet somehow they claim the guy came out a different day and took measurements... We must have not been home on that random day. But what's more interesting is the three ring cameras that are on all my doors never captured anyone coming on property. It got the mailman, it got the Amazon delivery... It even got the dog on the front lawn taking a dump...but not one contractor. Interesting 🤔
Utopia installed costumed made front door today November 20, 2025 .They did a great job. I was little worry because of some of the reviews I read here before installation.I felt obligated to post my review to counteract the negative ones. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them
