I'd leave negative stars if I could. I bought the door through Home Depot, from what I was told from them, this company handles door installations. I will never deal with Utopia Builders again. No thanks.
Door was damaged when arrived but installer said he could fix it. He did not install the plugs that cover the screws and now I find out my storm door won’t fit. Rachel definitely does not return calls. When I did get a hold of her she made the appointment for today between 12 and 5:00. No calls and they showed up at 6:00 pm. The first estimate given was 500.00 more than what the website said it should cost. I called and complained and the owner dropped it 500. Will never use them again!!!
I had a storm door installed and there’s an issue with the screen. I attempted to contact Utopia and left a couple of voicemails and have not received a returned call. This is my second storm door installation using a contractor from Home Depot, but my first issue. I’m disappointed in the lack of a response from Utopia Builder’s and hopefully my issue will be resolved soon through Home Depot.
Unfortunately Utopia is Home Depot’d only installer. If you miss their phone call and return the call the call it goes straight to voicemails. Rachael the scheduler very rude and unpleasant. We canceled our patio door order today and ordered from Lowe’s instead.
Rude unprofessional if you can't be scheduled at there then ther no other available. The lady who schedules can't comprehend i can't that time. Then I kept teller her i need ro be there once again arguing that I don't do to the circumstances I do and she expects me to wait 5 hours at a rental property.
