Edited from 5 years ago. First issue I had was my headlight aim against there wall showed that the passenger side headlight they had installed wasn't aimed correctly. They did correct it and added $15 to the tab. I had to have them do the work that should have been done after installation as standard practice. I heard my AC making a wining hiss sound at the evaporate inside the plenum. Both my advisor and her manager said its fine and is normal. Never since 2013 did my AC make noise while running. Someone backed into my mercedes driver door ML 350 completely destroying it took it to Utopia for repairs had it back in 3 days new door everything was perfect . Highly recommend this shop 10 out of 10 !

So a neighbor backed into my driver side from damaging the car from front wheel to rear wheel(without actually damaging the tires). Utopia got me back on the road in the same week. It's also rare that I write a review for any business. Before and after pictures included.
