When I was about to leave some kind of issue came with my car and he rushed to the scene and even tho it was nothing he still took the time to patiently explain everything. I arrived in town yesterday, and promptly found I had a flat (potholes in winter!) I called my auto membership and they dispatched Utopia Towing to the scene. Estimated arrival only an hour. I was safely in a parking lot, so that was reasonable. Luke Hawkins came ahead of the estimate and kindly waited until I came back to the car, and dealt with the flat (saved the rim, inflated, holding air) before I even arrived (me a 5 minute walk away.) I use utopia for moving my mini excavators that are too large for me to move with my Superduty. Always fast and friendly. I believe they are brothers, rare to find a true family business these days. Highly recommended.
