This is just based on a walk through I did at one of their listings. I'm not sure how well it speaks to their overall but this was bad enough I thought I'd share. Went to a vacant property for a self guided tour and we left laughing in horror. The back yard had what i thought were 2 of those bag style wasp traps. Getting a conversation or a call back from them is very difficult. They are also very slow to respond to email questions. I have also asked the owner to call regarding my concerns. No call and it's been over a week and I am an owner.
I see the listing on Zillow in which Zillow is a third party. I called the number for Utmost contact. It asks for you to enter the address for the inquired property. The recording stated their sending a link to my phone and the link asked to Scan front and back ID. It scheduled a tour date and time. The next morning the show as cancelled. It stated that if I had questions call the phone that cancelled. The person couldn't give me any information about the property or If they had received my ID information.
