Had an absolute horrible experience here today with my 11 month old. She has had multiple medical professionals diagnose her with ear infections {7 so far}, and the doctor we saw at this location today says that he does not believe she’s had an ear infection and that all the other doctors are wrong! Just “wax”. As a mom who works in the medical field, I’m enraged! Horrible bedside manner, completely did not validate our feelings or struggles with her ear infections and multiple medications/sicknesses… just sent us on our way... read more
