I had a coloscopy scheduled in Galveston. I live 2 and half hours away. Appointment was at 9 I left home at 5 to make it in time. Get there to be told I didn't have the paperwork needed, and that they tried to call, no messages left or email or anything. Was then told I had to pay $353.00 to have the service done. Wasted trip and terrible communication. They should reimburse for gas mileage to make the trip. Terrible time.

Dr. Villarreal is the best OBGYN you could get to deliver your baby. Her waitlist can be long at times but she is so worth it. She will make you feel comfortable and at ease.

They overcharged the co-pay and after myself and two BCBS insurance reps contacted them, they still would not correct it. I was transferred from customer service to billing to the clinic and was looped back to customer service, twice. UTMB customer service tried reaching the clinic two times and the clinic would not answer their phone calls. The second ultrasound I had was so much better here. Thanks to the two doctors here & tech who have been managing care for my son & checking on his kidney for me, as well as checking on the placenta that’s doing well now!!

Dr. Gwen Richardson is the best Doctor in her field. She and her entire staff are compassionate, honest, knowledgeable and kind. It is obvious she loves her job and patients. I have been her patient for the past 2 years now.
