Contacted them many times over phone staff left messages for them to get back to me and they never did. They had me in that day waiting 40+ minutes past my appointment time got there early went in the room and the Dr. showed up 40+ minutes later sent labs out and even though I got the results they never confirmed anything about the results with me they claim that they’re “too busy” to not be able to read a simple lab result when other clinics try to reach you as soon as results come in. My prenatal care with Dr. Kamice Karing and Dr. Sarah Menotti was great. From the moment I met them I just immediately got that feeling we were in good hands. Then Dr. Karing truly saved my infant daughter and I's lives the morning we arrived at the ER when I was only at 29 weeks. I will truly always be indebted to her, not only for her thorough planning for every situation that could end up happening and explaining it all to us to her quick response when things went wrong and I had to be rushed into an emergency c-section! ... read more
The wait times are really annoying. I'm currently pregnant, I arrive for my appointments on time and still have to wait over 30 minutes to see the doctor for 10 minutes. Today was the absolute worst. I arrived at 9:15 for a 9:30 appointment. I'm sitting here in the exam room at 10:30 and still haven't seen the doctor. This is completely ridiculous. They collect all this money upfront and yet cannot prioritize getting patients seen on time. Won't be using them again for future pregnancies.
The ladies are nice but just not experienced . You can tell they have not been practicing very long . I used to think utmb was good but I don’t Know what happened .
I was released from the ER not even 24 hours prior with instructions to follow up asap with my cardiologist Dr. Muhie Sabayon. I called to schedule a follow up for the very next day. My Uber had trouble locating me for the appointment, so I called UTMB to ask if that was ok and if I could be seen. They said yes not to worry. I arrived to only be told I cannot be seen and cannot see the doctor for nearly 2 months even though the doctor is still there and other patients are also leaving and arriving.
