I’ve only made a couple of my appointments. But the staff doctors FNP and other nurses and medical assistants and clerical have been very nice and professional. I didn’t feel rushed or that I was taking up their time. They listened offered suggestions but more importantly they recognized my achievements such as they have been. I’ve never felt rushed at any level from check in to labs to visits. I wish I had done this earlier.
Vicky in the referral department was AHHHMAZING!! She went above & beyond. I was waiting for my PCP office to fax over my referral for 2 weeks. Vicky was very nice & helpful, she went ahead and registered me in their system and was able to find an appointment, due to a cancellation! I haven't been feeling well and her patience & understanding was very much appreciated!! I'll update my review after seeing the Doctor!
