I had a very disappointing experience at the office this morning. The young woman wearing a mask was extremely rude both on the phone and in person. Her attitude came across as unprofessional and disrespectful, and I also felt she was being discriminatory in the way she treated me.What bothered me most is that I arrived before anyone else, yet she allowed others to be seen ahead of me without explanation. Something needs to be done to speed up appointments.....almost seems deliberate. My grandmother at 80 years old can process paper work faster!
