I appreciate that there’s something for the kids to play with in the waiting room. We’re attended to in a reasonable amount of time and our appointments don’t drag on for +2 hours like at other locations I’ve been to. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the office is clean. The only issue I’ve had was I needed to go back to the office to have my baby’s milk benefits corrected from regular to lactose free but it was an easy and smooth process.
