Call for help and when i call the lady on the phone is always answering with an attitude and no respect shouldn’t be talking to the patients with attitude and not wanting to help she is a costumer service she should be in a good mood always and answering right to the patients with respect if she doesn’t like her job why work as a costumer service you should always answer nicely to the patients not our problem they having a bad day

Hi i been coming to this Utmb for 13 years , both of my kids I had them in Utmb Hospital in Galveston...so been with Utmb itself for 17 years!! they are very good and trustworthy love all the staff and doctors amazing people!💖...i personally had any problems here with no one ...Mrs Lupe is very caring and always remembers me and calls me to remind me of my appointment and natasha is great to talk to also everyone and eleda the medical assistance and andrea all of them miss the old doctor that was there shes retired ...but i... read more
