They Took Extremely Long To Be So Unprofessionally Rude To Me. I Don’t Recommend Nobody To Go There At All. They Couldn’t Wait To Talk About Me When I Left. I Heard The Nurse Karen Talk About Me To Staff Etc. I Felt Rushed And They Were Acted Unconcerned Etc.
I have no problems with attitudes. When I get there I’m in and out quick with no issues.
Worst place to go too during pregnancy especially first time parents which includes me I had a miscarriage no information was provided don’t recommend
Came here a handful of times and just went in the other day because I was having some concerns. Karen was very rude, made me feel stupid, did not listen to anything I had to say. She was very loud and made me cry. I have never been treated that way. I paid a $50 copay for nothing because she didn’t do any tests or anything. Just told me there was nothing wrong with me, so now I need to find another doctor that will listen to my concerns. Her poor assistant was very sweet though and so was the case manager.
They don't listen to no concerns you have. They don't make sense at all or respect your wishes. They rude and don't know how to communicate. They think it's okay just because they put stuff into MyChart that they don't need to communicate with you. They won't have my service my next pregnancy. Nor with alot more people!!
