Pretty nice place. Only issue I had was that they don’t know how to send medical records for some reason haha. They are quick to let you in for your appointment and they are kind. Only had an issue with their records department.
I am taking the time to write this review due to a deeply disappointing experience with Christina Garcia, NP. In my encounter, I felt a serious lack of professionalism and empathy. She entered the examination room without so much as a greeting, which made me feel invisible and unacknowledged. The providers here are great, but the place does stay very busy so be prepared to wait a while. I saw nurse practitioner Christina Garcia for my pregnancies and other appointments I’ve had and she’s always been nice and addressed any concerns I’ve had
