Level of care is excellent and the staff is kind, but you have be proactive as a patient administrative-wise because you are told someone will call to make follow up appointments and send your prescriptions and no one ever calls, so you end up calling back to get an appointment and/or prescription filled. Both of these incidents happened to me recently (feb/march 2023).

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for 7. All of the staff was late to the clinic. I was told to be at my appointment at 6:45. No lights were on and no one was there. 7:10 they come out and tell me the NP wouldn’t be able to do anything for me I would have to see an MD (I haven’t even checked in). I asked if I could see the NP because I already made the drive all the way here. They refused to let me. They wouldn’t even reschedule me to somewhere I could see an MD they said I can call myself.... read more
