From calling to scheduling appointment until the end of the appointment, everything was a breeze. Front desk was knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was amazing. From the M.A.'s to the nurse, I felt listened to, with compassion and understanding. Everything was explained in wording that was understandable(lol). I will highly recommend and will use this clinic from now on.
I'm really not understanding all these bad reviews I had a wonderful experience and appointment the gray short cut receptionist tried to be rude but I got with her very quickly and she straightened up fast other than that I was called back and everyone was so nice non judgemental listened to me did there job. I was then seen by my doctor she was very nice everyone was down to earth relatable and I left feeling well taken care of. Went there to find answers why I was bleeding excessively. Each appointment was told to take a pregnancy test, even after I refused. They still did it just to charge my account. After all those months of going, I was prescribed metformin which didn't change anything. I definitely won't be back. They charge just to charge. I did an ultrasound, they never even told me if I have any eggs left. Definitely will be going somewhere else 2026. I deserve better.
Rude techs, rude receptionist, rude all across the board. I can hear patients being yelled at while in the waiting room. The nicest people here are the students training. I would never recommend this place due to the people that work in this office. Do better and be better people. You are providing care for women in their time of need, have some compassion. If you do not like your job quit and find another field to work in cause this is not for you.
