Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff, particularly Isabelle, was extremely disappointing. In a healthcare setting, patients should feel respected, heard, and treated with compassion. A doctor’s office should be the last place where someone feels uncomfortable or poorly treated due to the behavior of the front desk staff. I hope management addresses this because professionalism and basic courtesy should be a standard in any healthcare environment.

I recently visited this clinic for my well women exam everyone was so friendly and they made me feel at ease. Lupe and Isabel were great! they helped me with my insurance and walked me through everything! the provider Natasha Ruda was very caring, I highly recommend this place!

Very disappointing experience. I visited this clinic twice and was seen by Natasha Ruda, a nurse practitioner, both times. I went in for a routine well-woman exam and was told I had a UTI despite having no symptoms. After completing the prescribed medication, I began experiencing bleeding and abdominal pain. When I raised concerns about these symptoms, I found Natasha to be dismissive and confrontational. Months later, I am still under a physician’s care for ongoing issues that began after my treatment. Friendly and understanding working staff, made me feel a sense of comfort during my first visit. A gentle and caring receptionist that made me feel grateful and at ease as soon as I walked into the office. Staff were soft spoken and helpful throughout my experience!!
