I came into the office with my daughter at 315 because she had a 330 appointment. She didn't get seen for a whole 2 hours and thats entirely too long to be waiting for a doctor especially when the appointment is already set for a specific time. I had to be somewhere for 6pm and we didn't leave until after 515pm.
I want to emphasize that everyone working in the back is absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the front desk is the main reason for all the negative reviews. The woman there frequently argue with pregnant/post partum woman and speaks to them disrespectfully without provocation. It is essential that they receive customer service training and lessons on basic human decency. This level of unprofessionalism is extremely disappointing. They don’t act as women their age should in what’s supposed to be a professional setting.
