VERY DISRESPECTFUL VERY RUDE !!!! Doesn’t care about patients at all had me so upset I was in tears I hate this place I’d rather drive to Galveston or Pasadena
The ladies upfront are so nice and professional and you do have to wait for a while and I’m patient with waiting because I used to work in medical field and when I see others complain about an hour wait oh honey go to the office I used to work and patients had to wait about 3 hours to see a doctor anyways I see Karen L. I saw her for my first pregnancy and I requested her again for my second pregnancy as well.
Pretty nice place. Only issue I had was that they don’t know how to send medical records for some reason haha. They are quick to let you in for your appointment and they are kind. Only had an issue with their records department.
I am taking the time to write this review due to a deeply disappointing experience with Christina Garcia, NP. In my encounter, I felt a serious lack of professionalism and empathy. She entered the examination room without so much as a greeting, which made me feel invisible and unacknowledged.
