Absolutely phenomenal. I got transferred to UTMB at about 25 weeks into my pregnancy for high risk and at first I was iffy because I loved my other OB but utmb has been so so amazing to me and my family. The front desk ladies are the sweetest. if it’s your first time seeing Karen she CANNN be a littleee intimidating 😁 but she is also so so kind and extremely intelligent, she knows exactly what she’s talking about. VERY DISRESPECTFUL VERY RUDE !!!! Doesn’t care about patients at all had me so upset I was in tears I hate this place I’d rather drive to Galveston or Pasadena
The ladies upfront are so nice and professional and you do have to wait for a while and I’m patient with waiting because I used to work in medical field and when I see others complain about an hour wait oh honey go to the office I used to work and patients had to wait about 3 hours to see a doctor anyways I see Karen L. I saw her for my first pregnancy and I requested her again for my second pregnancy as well.
