So we got here for an 8:30am appt and we called ahead of time and told them we will be about 9 minutes late if that, due to accidently leaving our newborn daughters paperwork at the house. Was told there was 15 minute grace period and it was fine. We got here at 8:39am and checked in. Its been an hour and there is only one person waiting when we go there. I had the most wonderful experience here! From the moment I walked in, I felt so at ease. I came in with insomnia from all the worries I had, but Dr. Pickhardt took the time to answer every single one of my questions with so much care and patience. She truly went above and beyond—I honestly wish I could take her with me everywhere! 🥹 Her student was also amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout my visit. They’re such an incredible team, and I’m so grateful for the peace of mind they gave me today.
04/15 We arrived on time for my baby sister’s scheduled appointment, yet we ended up waiting for over an hour with no clear explanation for the delay. During this time, we observed multiple patients who checked in after us being called in and attended to promptly, which raised concerns about how appointments are managed and prioritized.
