I had the most wonderful experience here! From the moment I walked in, I felt so at ease. I came in with insomnia from all the worries I had, but Dr. Pickhardt took the time to answer every single one of my questions with so much care and patience. She truly went above and beyond—I honestly wish I could take her with me everywhere! 🥹 Her student was also amazing and made me feel so comfortable throughout my visit. They’re such an incredible team, and I’m so grateful for the peace of mind they gave me today.
04/15 We arrived on time for my baby sister’s scheduled appointment, yet we ended up waiting for over an hour with no clear explanation for the delay. During this time, we observed multiple patients who checked in after us being called in and attended to promptly, which raised concerns about how appointments are managed and prioritized. I don’t know why this place has low ratings, I went for a women’s check and birth control consultation and everything went smoothly. The nurses were very considerate and they answered my questions.
