The staff was great at the visit and during scheduling but the wait times for results have been HORRENDOUS! My daughter is waiting results for a lump in her neck that could be cancerous or a cyst or something else and we have not heard anything in over TWO WEEKS!!!! This information to me is of the utmost importance in my life and my husband and I can barely move through our day without checking her MyChart or calling to see if results are in. I am furious and disappointed because UTMB has been great to us with our own care ... read more
