Best of luck getting a hold of anyone here via phone call or them calling you in a timely manner. Was told someone would call me to schedule my son's appt within 2days of his PCP appt. By the next wk still no call so I had to call in and got transferred to find out all the recent appts were already given out because they waited so long to call/make the appt. They cant tap a vein to save their lives and when vomiting and having reaction to contrast in MRI they left me on my back while vomiting almost chocked on my own vomit. Liea how much I vomited, the rash and my whole immediate reaction due the contrast . They then sent me to E.Rm and same terrible treatment. Then they put me into an unknown text instead of my medical transportation provider hired by my insurance.
They keep hanging up on me and I've been waiting for almost 30 mins. Please answer
