UTMB runs skinny on its specialists to save on costs at the expense of patient health. Expect appointments to be scheduled out at least three months from the date you make the them at minimum and be prepared to drive to Galveston
My experience has been very positive. I don’t know why other reviews are so fussy. I was scheduled for my appts, I came and they got me right in. They schedule two sleep studies for me and both went fine. The doctor is kind and humorous, prompt. I feel like I’ve received very good health care here.
If I can give more than five stars I would. Dr. Zaidan is amazing he is so knowledgeable, very compassionate he truly cares about his patience and on top of that, he is extremely thorough for those who are moving to Galveston county looking for a pulmonologist. He is really good
Calling and no answer.
Worst experience of my life. You should not trust UTMB for any healthcare. They have yet to treat my sleep apnea after several months and they don’t even say sorry they simply do not care. UTMB only cares about money. I’ll let you know when UTMB ever treats my sleep apnea and edit this review when it happens. The chances of them following up with me and trying to help are slim to none.
