My experience at the Pulmonary Rehab in League City was very successful. My instructor was Lacey and she gave me many ways to cope with my COPD and my anxiety. My improvement was amazing. Before I started PT I had been in the hospital 3 times in a month. I was not able to go to the bathroom even with my oxygen without being gasping for breath. After my Rehab I can go to the bathroom without oxygen and take a shower without having to sit down.
