Love Dr Smith and her MA Nicole. We were a little late to our appointment today and they accommodated us . They have both been so sweet and playful with our little guy! Dr Smith keeps us calm and informed at every visit and takes her time , we never feel rushed and there’s never a wait time
Takes over an hour to see the doctor, but if you’re a few minutes late due to traffic you have to reschedule! UTMB is ridiculous. They just want to take your money!
Facility won’t take my son in for an appointment because he is considered new Medicaid patient and hasn’t been to a UTMB clinic in over 3 years. Stupid policy. Kids should never be denied medical care. I’ve heard of UTMBs care going down but never believed it till now. What a shame.
