Very rude talks down to you
They are extremely rough on babies! The doctor grabbed my 5 month old up by her ARMS and carried her to the table! Then the 2 doctors both were banging on her to check her reflexes pretty hard and pushing hard on her soft spot on top of her head hard enough to make her cry! If she ends up with bruises you'll be hearing from a lawyer!

Over an hour late to see the doctor and seemed like a normal experience of how they operate. The assistants said that they were running behind because "everyone showed up today" insinuating they purposely overbook. Tough experience with a 10 month old. The nurse practitioner we saw was nice once actually seen even though we never actually saw the doctor for which we had an appointment.
