Terrible. I am quite disappointed with their level of service. My daughter was in serious pain, we went to the urgent care last night. She has an appointment in this clinic at the end of February. They refused to make any accommodations or try to help us solve the problem. It seems like nobody there is interested in actual patient care (when the patient urgently really needs it). One would imagine that UTMB would be a little more receptive to helping, but I guess my expectations maybe on the higher side.
My child has serious gi problems only for the doctor to brush us off on multiple visits as if we're making it up. While my child continues to be in pain, they just prescribed her pain killers instead of figuring out what's actually going on. 🖕🏼do your job! Also why should a returning patient have to wait 4 months for another appointment. That is insane!
They don't help at worst gi place
